Rick, Dave, & Ken,
Bob and I are so very sorry. I have lost a wonderful and true friend. From grade school, to high school, and then onto nursing school, and our reconnection later on, I have so many memories I carry deep within my heart. Kathy never put herself first, even when she was sick, for example this summer, she was more worried after we had gotten together that one of us would catch something and then was worried I would pass it on to my grandson. Only Kathy who kept moving along in spite of all the obstacles that kept blocking her way to getting better, would have worried like that. She never fell into the trappings of the materialism of our society today. Talking with her, she was most happy going up to the Adirondacks or to that little spot near Grafton with Rick, getting in the canoe and just enjoying the quiet of nature. Well, my dear friend you are in an eternal place now just like that. I will miss you so much, Godspeed my dear friend. With love, Cindy
