My condolences to the family of Joan and Judith. It has been several years now since I last ran into Magistra Greenwood. When I last saw her, of course I said "salve" and her unmistakable smile met mine. Magistra instilled in me a love of ancient Roman culture, Roman mythology, and (especially) the language of Latin. She was a no-nonsense teacher, too, yet, somehow her classroom was THE place to be. She will be missed. My warmest sympathies, Susan Wheeler
