My condolences to Debbie, Sharon, and family. I’ve known PaPa Joe during the time is he was on Carmel Gardens and at TH. We became the CG families. I’ll miss his smile every time I greeted him. I remember the last dance Joe and Janet had in SJH. I will always cherish the memories. Your forever friend!
