Aww I am just seeing this as I read the obituary of another. I have fond memories of Mrs. Hotaling from Latham Ridge Elementary when my sons attended. I served for many years on the PTA there so Latham Ridge was a second home. She would joke with me about how I must have had a bed somewhere in one of the closets because I never seemed to go home! I would respond that she must have had a room there as well because if she saw me so often it must have meant she was at Latham Ridge just as much! Soon we didnt even have to say a word. We would both just start laughing when we saw each other!
She was a lovely woman and I am deeply sorry for your loss. ❤

I'm saddened to hear of Jean's passing. I was principal of Latham Ridge during Jean's tenure as a noon aide. She was so great with the kids and they loved her for it. I was always confident that things would go well in the cafeteria and out on the playground when Jean was in charge.My condolences to her family.

I'm so very sad to hear of Jean's passing. We worked together at RPI for many years. She was always a joy to be with. Always ready with a smile. a laugh, a kind word and generous heart. I can only imagine how much you all miss both Jean and George. Many condolences and many memories to keep her in your heart.

So sorry to hear of Jeans passing. She was a beautiful soul. She was my angel
on earth when I was going through cancer treatment. She sent me beautiful cards
with words of strength and encouragement helping me to be strong. I will never
forget that. As sad as her passing is I am happy she is with her George.

To: Jean's family, So sorry for your loss. I worked with your mom at RPI many years ago. One of the saddest days in my life was when she retired. She was just a beautiful person. Loved life, your dad and her family. She always had a funny story. We were all jealous of her clothes and how everything matched.. and your dad making her lunch and dinner! We all wanted to be married to George! I know this has been a difficult time for all of you.... but she is with your dad now... I am sure you all will miss her dearly.

I am so sorry to hear about Jean. She was such a wonderful lady. I worked with her for many years at Latham Ridge and we always had such a wonderful time. She was so sweet and always had nothing but kind words. I am so very sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
