Obituary of Carol J. Wilsey

CAROL J. WILSEY Latham- Carol J. Wilsey, 69 of Latham, beloved wife of Donald E. Wilsey Sr., passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Saratoga Center for Rehab & Skilled Nursing, in Ballston Spa. Born in Hartford, CT on January 9, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Victor and the late Evah (Deyo) Goff. She was married to Donald E. Wilsey Sr. on May 16, 1997 and the two shared loving union of 19 years prior to her passing. Carol was employed in the retail business as a merchandiser with the Proctor & Gamble Company. Carol was also an active and dedicated member of the Latham Community Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She was a former member of the Latham Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her loving children: Felicia A. Trifaro of Cohoes, Felice J. (Tina) Trifaro III of Latham and Carol J. Trifaro of Clifton Park. Four cherished grandchildren: Brittney, Arnold, Tyler and Hunter Trifaro as well as her siblings: Sidney Goff, Sharon Donnelly, Sandy Goff, Phyllis (Larry) Jump, Danny (Jane) Mack, Lina Mack and several nieces and nephews. Carol is predeceased by her Son, Matthew John Trifaro and her brother Ed Hillicoss Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday February 4, 2017 from 9:00-11:00 am at Latham Community Baptist Church, 109 Forts Ferry Road, Latham. Funeral Services for Carol will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday at the conclusion of the visitation with Pastor George Stefani officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. Interment will take place in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
