JANE H. HANNAH
Guilderland-Jane H. Hannah, 89, entered into eternal life on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland.
Born in Albany, on May 5, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Chester T. and Marion S. (Sheldon) Hubbell. She attended Emma Willard in Troy and received her bachelor's degree from Sage College. She was an avid gardener and volunteered at Albany Memorial Hospital for many years. She was a former member of Albany Country Club.
Survivors include her children Richard (Carol) H. DeFries, Douglas H. DeFries and Deborah (Brian) Monbouquette, 5 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Louise Hubbell.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family in Albany Rural Cemetery.
Donations to the Northeast Association of the Blind Albany 301 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12206 in memory of Jane would be appreciated.
