STEVEN MICHAEL SHEEHY Laham- Steven Michael Sheehy, 16 of Latham, died Thursday, April 17, 2008 at his residence in Latham. Born in Albany, he was the beloved son of Timothy J. and Michele T. (Nolett) Sheehy. Steven was currently a Junior at Shaker High School. He played challenger sports with North Colonie Baseball League and East Greenbush -Castleton baseball. He played basketball with the Rensselaer Elks Tar Heels and also played NFL Flag football with an independent team started by Burke Adams. Survivors in addition to his mother and father include his loving grandparents, maternal grandfather, Donald Nolett and paternal-grandmother, Joan Sheehy, his dear Aunts and Uncles, Patricia (Mark) Belair, Deborah (Robert) Hanor, Kathleen Sheehy-Bulriss, Daniel (Jeannette) Sheehy, Colleen (Charles) Tribley, Martin Sheehy, Mary Lynn Sheehy, Matthew Sheehy, Robert (Julie) Sheehy, Meggan (Jack) Carey, Kristyn (Brian) Roberts, Donald (Carol) Nolett, Kathryn Nolett, Pam (Tom) Lawrence, Meg (Don) Chisholm, his cherished cousins, Christopher Belair, Sean Belair, Matthew Bulriss, Benjamin Bulriss, Jennifer Tribley, C.J. Tribley, Patrick Sheehy, John Sheehy, Michael Sheehy, Kelsie Sheehy, Ashley Carey, Courtney Carey, Reid Carey, Brendan Roberts, Tres (Christine) Nolett, Drew Nolett, Jeffrey Lind, Scott (Lisa) Chisholm, Julie (Steve) Gerg and Michele Chisholm Steven was predeceased by his maternal-grandmother, Elinor Nolett and paternal-grandfather, John Sheehy. The family would like to thank Martha Martin, Peter Russell, Dodie Wilber,Cheryl Hayden and Gayle Graber for the wonderful care and love given to Steven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of The Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday from 2-5 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd., 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham, NY. Interment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna.
