Dear Marisa and family,
We were shocked to see your mom's obituary as I am sure it is not real to you either. We are patients of Dr. Esposito. Your mother was always so gracious and kind and you thought of her as a friend. She always was so proud of you and your accomplishments and that will be comforting later on, but that words fall flat at a time like this. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Cyndi from Dr.Esposito's office. She was always very kind and asked after my niece all the time who use to come with me and Cyndi would give her office supplies to play office with. She was very supportive of me with my recent surgery. But most of all she would talk about Marisa and her gymnastics and tell me all about her competitions. She was very proud of you and very excited about your college prospects. Remember your mother will always be with you and watching you as you compete and go on to college. Toni Tiberi

Marissa was her Life. And her
Joy. One of the things all of us girls will miss is Cindi was there for all of us .And
everyone that needed a helping hand Cindi would give a smile and true compassion .She was my connection to home .I will miss her So much. Karen

Cyndi was always so happy to see when we went in for appointments, She was always concerned about us and always asked about our kids and had something nice to say.
We were shocked at the news of her passing and wish to send our warmest thought and prayers to her daughter and extended family. There are no words that can make this better but I hope that knowing that others are thinking of you in your time of sorrow will help.
Cyndi will be truly missed.
Sorry for your loss

We only met Cyndi once at the Shaker gymnastics meet where we worked with her at the concession stand. As this was her last meet and it was our first (our daughter is just starting) she told us what to expect and what a great experience we will have. She also showed me around the school since she herself went there and gave me a little tour when we were breaking down the tables. She was so nice to us and we were so shocked to hear that she passed. In just that little bit of time, she made a lasting impact on us and we pray her daughter will get through this terrible time okay.

So, it asks for memories.. I have way to many memories to talk about with this amazing aunt of mine. I guess I could bring back the many Christmas' where I received my gift in private because we didn't want dad to see, as well as our shopping trip and the many times when I was younger that I would spend with her and my amazingly strong cousin Marisa. I could write a book of the memories I have about my aunt Cyndi. She always made me laugh in some way and was always there to help. She put everyone else before her first which makes her one spectacular individual.
Marisa, I want you to know that I am always there for you, and I will be there for you forever and always. You have been so strong through all this and I am so proud to be your cousin, keep you're head up girlfriend we'll make it through this. Your mom loved you more than anyone and just remember that, and to my family of lovely Massey women and then some, you have all been so strong and I am proud to be apart of this family. Mom I love you so much and you have been a rock for everyone and Aunt Cyndi would have been so proud to see you take charge.
and to Aunt Cyndi, I'll keep a part of you with me. I love you and I miss you forever and ever

Marisa, Cyndi was my sister and my best friend. I loved growing up with her. God couldn't have sent me a better sister. Cyndi was taken from us to early, but I know that she will be watching over us. Cyndi was such a amazing person and also put others first before herself. She was always proud of you. There was never a moment that she didn't talk about you. She was the person that I could go to when ever I needed a shoulder to cry on or a good laugh. I will miss the time we spent together being goofy. The past five days have been the hardest days of my life to get through and the hardest days are still to come but I know that I need to carry on for that is what your mom would want me to do. Remember that I am here for you always. We will all get through this together I Love you with all my heart. Mom, Cathy and Karen, know that I Love you and I couldn't get through this without you. It is really hard to stay strong right now but I know that this is what Cyndi would want me to do. I am proud to have you as my family. I Love you.

Marisa, I'm so sorry about Cyndi. I loved her like a second mother. I remember when we would go shopping with her and go on vacations! She was a fun person to be around! She would babysit us and we would have a great time!!! I had hoped to have her around for a much longer time...... but God takes us when our time has come. We will have to hold onto her with our hearts and memories. If we remember her, her spirit will be with us for forever. I have wonderful memories of her and I'm sure you do too. I miss her already. Love you!!!

Dearest Marisa, Thank you for giving me one of the many cards I had sent to your Mom. I remember picking out the card and thinking how it captured her very being. It read: "Dear Friend - in case you were wondering I notice...I notice how much you give, never expecting anything in return. I notice that you never forget to listen or laugh or simply look on the bright side...And in case you're wondering, I notice how incredible you are - at being a cheerleader and a therapist, and still find time to be my friend." We were cousins through marriage, but our relationship has grown to be so much more. I loved her as a cousin, a friend and like a sister. I cherised our many phone calls, outings on Sunday mornings for coffee, shopping together, hanging out, reading magazines, giving each other manicures and pedicures, our many many laughs, joys, crys, and sometimes pain, and of course watching her raise you. She was a wonderful mother and she loved you. She dreamed big things for you Marisa and she was always proud of you no matter what. Thank you for allowing me to spend the day with you today. I love you and I will be here for you whenever you need me, Jen

Dear Marisa & family,
I am so very sorry for your loss; Cindy will be missed by so many. I got to know her through office visits and we also both held the same job; though at different times. Cindy had a way of making everyone feel very comfortable and gave her undivided attention. She was so proud of you Marisa, for all you had accomplished at school and in gymnastics. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
