CONCETTA "CONNIE" DELUCA Latham- Concetta "Connie" M. DeLuca, 85 of Latham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Albany Medical Center, in Albany. Born in Brooklyn on December 2, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Flaherty) DeLuca. Connie was an Executive Assistant with the Singer Sewing Machine Company in Manhattan, a position she retired from in 1989 after 42 years of dedicated service. She is survived by her loving cousins; Joseph Edward Flaherty, Vito Guido, Patricia Hilt, Joseph Robert (Sarah Rosenblatt) Flaherty and Amy Mae Flaherty. Connie is predeceased by her sister Marian DeLuca Memorial services will be celebrated on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:00 am at Christ Son of Justice Chapel at RPI, 2125 Burdett Avenue, Troy with Fr. Edward Kacerguis officiating. Connie has a great love for dogs so the family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Connie's name to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org Interment will take place in St. John's Cemetery in Darien, CT at the convenience of the family.
