Obituary of Lise T. Toch

LISE T. TOCH Petersburgh-Lise T. Toch, 69 of Petersburgh, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Born in Montreal, Canada she was the daughter of the late Marcel and Denyse (Beaudin) Turgeon. She was a Social Worker, employed by BOCES-Co Operative Education- East Greenbush, until retiring in 2005. She has been a resident of Petersburgh. She was the former owner of Ragged Edge Studio in Cohoes. Lise was an active artist and loved gardening. She was a wine maker as well as a wine enthusiast. She was a gourmet cook, enjoying cooking for her family and friends. She loved to make jewelry. Lise enjoyed traveling to different parts of the world. Survivors include her loving children Michelle (Dan) Dinsmore of East Berne and Jacob Toch of Menands, her two cherished grandchildren Braydon and Sierra Dinsmore, her brothers Gille, Robert and Jean Pierre Turgeon all of Montreal Canada, she is also survived by her friend and former husband Hans Toch. Lise was an inspiration to her many dear girlfriends. Relatives and friends are invited to call Sunday May 5, 2013 from 12-2 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd., 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham, Memorial services will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm.
