ANN MARIE FARINA
Watervliet-Ann Marie (Tozzi) Farina entered eternal life surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday February 12, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born December 11, 1938 in Troy, New York, daughter of the late Giulio and Domenica DiTommasso.
Ann Marie lived in Latham for most of her life and Myrtle Beach for 5 years.
She worked for Kmart both in Watervliet and Myrtle Beach.
Ann Marie is predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Anthony N. Farina, two sisters, Rita Caruso and Yonlanda Caruso and two Brothers, Daniel Tozzi and Nicola Tozzi.
Survivors include her two daughters Lisa Kubizne (William) formally of Johnsonville and now living in Latham and Ann Marie Brophy (Thomas) of Watervliet, four grandchildren Joshua D. Kubizne, Amanda L. Kubizne, Stephanie L. Brophy and Thomas J. Brophy, two sisters and her best friends, Jean Patalino (The late Gus) and Theresa Soldani (The late Vincent), three Brothers, Rocco Tozzi (The late Marie), Tony Tozzi (Mary Ann) and Joseph Tozzi, also many nieces and nephews, as well as her two pets Holly and Trouble.
Visitation will be private at the convenience of the family.
A Mass will be celebrated on Friday February 15 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Rd.,Latham with Fr. Geoffrey Burke officiating.
Interment with her beloved Anthony will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
