I knew Kathy from District 9 and worked with her as part of Delta Pi. She was a great person and was a mentor for many nurses. She will be greatly missed.
Please accept my deepest sympathies! I knew Kathy through the District 9 Nurses Association and her work in the Capital District. Kathy was a wonderful nurse leader whose dedication to nursing, nurses and the patients we serve will be sorely missed. I admired her inner strength and fierce commitment to living during the end of her life here on earth. I hope that fond, loving memories of Kathy bring you peace at this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Tina Gerardi, RN
I worked with Kathy during her career with the VA while both of us served as women veterans program managers in our respective parts of the country. I remember Kathy most fondly and hope you all know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of many across the country. Be well.
The staff of the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home offers it's deep sympathy at the passing of such a wonderful woman. We will do all we can to help your family honor her memory.
Kathy was a wonderfully kind individual and nurse who will be sorely missed. I am honored to have worked with her on womens' issues in the subspecialty clinics at the Albany VA
