JOSEPH V. LANZAROTTA JR.
Albany-Joseph V. Lanzarotta Jr., 61 of Albany, entered into eternal life on Thursday September 1, 2011 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.
Born in Albany, he was the son of Ralia Pitoscia Carline and the late Joseph V. Lanzarotta Sr.. Joe was a graduate of Colonie High School and received his bachelors degree from Brockport University. He was an avid bowler and had a great love and knowledge of music.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his sister Joanne (David) Butler of CA, his step-father Joseph Carline of Ballston Lake, his nephew Jeffrey Butler, 2 step-brothers, 3 step-sisters and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday September 7, 2011 at 10:00 am in Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville with Rev. David Noone officiating.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday from 4-7 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham.
Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie.
