VERONICA M. PRAGA COLONIE - Veronica M. Praga, 86 of Colonie, beloved wife of the late Francis J. Praga., died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her daughters home in Scotia after a brief illness. Born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Joseph and the late Catherine (Smith) Cawley. Survivors include her loving children Karen S. (Daniel) Martin of Scotia, and Andrew J. (Donna) Praga of Latham, her cherished grandchildren, Shelbi Lynn Martin and Carli Ann Martin of Scotia, Amanda Catherine Burkart of Latham, she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family from the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie. The family would like to thank Katie Martin for the special care given to their mother.
