JOSEPH J. WINORSKI Latham- Joseph John Winorski, 88 of Latham, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Community Hospice at Memorial Hospital, Albany. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Michael and the late Julia (Zimon) Winorski. He was educated in Troy Schools & the Albany Business College. Joe was a World War II veteran serving in the US Army in Europe & Philippine Island. He worked for the NYS Education Dept.-Professional Licensing Division. He participated in the Troy Flag Day parades with the Polish American Club as well as the Victorian Stroll in Troy and Saratoga. His favorite activities were Polka Dancing and traveling thru USA, Europe and the Mediterranean countries. Joe is survived by his beloved wife: Joanna. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation Funeral Services will be held Friday June 3 at 10:00 am at Blessed Virgin Mary of Czestochowa, 250 Maxwell Road, Latham. Fr.
