From 09/13/2011 "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up". Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Moj Sladkij! It's been a long year since you were taken from me...Noting can fill that void in my heart and my soul. I am still hurting and I miss you, more and more day by day. I miss your presence in my life, I miss your partnership, your companionship, your friendship, your wisdom, your guidance, your love and your care. I am keeping memories of our best years in our lives forever. I pray to God every day that He would keep and protect your soul. Do not worry- I am doing everything you had asked from me. Do not worry - you are always remembered and yes, the hamburger was eaten at your grave site, but, I am sorry, with tears and sadness. I, Ania & Katia, Lesha and his family, Maria and Ivan, Natasha and Slavik's family, Stepushka and Natasha, Ania & Robert, Ruth, Natasha, Volodia and Michael G. have put flowers at your headstone with the deepest and warmest memories of you and your life- all flowers are beautiful and I have taken the pictures of every and each bouquet of flowers. Svetlana and Tom, Joanne and Nigel have sent me the message of love and memories for you - each and everyone remembers you. We all miss you. Tomorrow flowers will be put on your mom's grave - remember, that was your last wish? Do not worry about it either - everything is being taken care of and will be always taken care of, but I guess you always knew about it all along. Sleep calmly - you deserve it, you deserve to be taken care and not to worry about anything. Please forgive me. At this very moment, 5;43pm, on 9/13/2010 your heart was making its last beats and I did not know about it, they never told me that. I can forgive myself for everything, but this, and because I can't forgive myself - please forgive me for that. You, my beloved husband, are tucked away in my heart forever. Tanya

God looked around His garden
And found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "Peace be thine."
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi:
O Divine Master, grant that I may seek not so much to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life. Amen.
~
Rest in Eternal Peace, Robert.
