REGINA KINCADE
Watervliet - Regina Kincade, 90 of Watervliet, passed away on November 4th, 2024 at Albany Medical Center.
Born in Green Island on July 5, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Napoleon Louis and Matilda (Kingsley) Stebbins. She was married to the late Charles W. Kincade who passed away in 2012.
Regina is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and late husband, she is predeceased by her siblings Lorraine Johnson, Elizabeth Welch, Marie Wilson, Rosemary Stebbins, Ruth McMullen, and Alice Welch.
In accordance with her wishes, services will be private.
Entombment will take place beside her husband in St. Agnes Mausoleum in Menands.
