Everyone loved Howie. How could you not? Always there for us, always making everyone laugh. He was so funny! That sweet smile. For certain, he was one of a kind. Howie (and June, Gary, and Sharon) was a big part of my life. So many happy memories from childhood on. Camping - the comb, up to Camp - the parade, New Year's Eve, the weddings, the anniversaries, at Auntie's internment, Mom's 80th. This world was made so much better because of Howie. Missing you already. May you rest in peace.

Howie and I grew up together on Arbor Hill. We shared many memories of our attending school at Our Lady of Angels on Sheridan St in Alb. Howie and I have renained best of friends all our lives together. Howie knew more dirty jokes than anyone I ever knew. My heart breaks at his loss.
