Obituary of Anne F. Collins
ANNE F. COLLINS
LATHAM - Anne F. Collins, 91 of Latham, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2024.
Born in Troy on June 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Helen (Law) Clifford Sr. Anne was predeceased by her husband John Collins who passed away in 2006.
Anne was employed at St. Ambrose Church in Latham as the Business Manager for 26 years until retiring in 2006. She was also a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Her greatest joy in her life was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also an avid New York Yankee fan.
Anne is survived by her loving children: Judith Vautrin, Thomas (Suzanne) Collins, John (Sue) Collins, Kathleen (Mike) Nash, and Stephanie (Steve) Crozzoli; her eleven cherished grandchildren: Nicole Luft, Shaun, Kyle, Jason, James and Christopher Collins, Amber Murley, Katherine Gunn, Michelle Nash, Nicholas and Johnathen Crozzoli; her seven great-grandchildren: Kussandra, Cameron, John Patrick and Michael Collins, Nash and Trent Murley, and Audrey Collins as well as and her step great-grandchildren Sofia, Logan and Lucas Luft. Also survived by her brother Paul Clifford and a niece and nephews.
She cherished, in her heart, the memory of her predeceased granddaughter; Sarah Nash. She is also predeceased by her brothers John & Gerard Clifford and her sister Doris Walion.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at The Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham
Anne's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 12, 2024, 10:00 am at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham with Fr. Francis DuBois officiating.
Interment will take place in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anne's memory to St. Ambrose Church.
