To the Nardi Family, I remember Phil as a boy, he was a sweet child and a good neighbor. He used to stop by to visit when we lived across the street and we enjoyed when he would hang around with us. Phil helped us move into the house where we still live, it was 52 years ago and I still remember how willing and eager he was to help us with every aspect of the move. I am deeply sorry for your loss of Phil, losing a child at any age is such a sorrow, I know this for sure. There are many sweet memories of Phil at the corner of 14th St and 6th Avenue and he will be remembered fondly.
