We are neighbors of Kevin and his sweet dog Esmeralda (Ezzy) and were shocked and saddened to hear of his passing this past Sunday. Kevin was a very kind person and we always looked forward to talking with him. We will miss seeing him in the neighborhood and out on his deck enjoying the summer weather.

I was privileged to have Kevin as a friend as well as work colleague. When Kevin got his law degree, he sent me a get-out-of-jail-free card which I never got to use. I hope to upgrade it for a get-into-heaven card. I know that Kevin being Kevin will put in good word for me.

Kevin was a friend and colleague in public administration -- so unique in so many positive ways. Generous with his time and attention. Recently for several days, he's been in my thoughts; now this. So many warm memories. And also, now, regrets that we did not keep in closer touch since my retirement in 2004. My condolences to the family.

I am so sorry to learn of Kevin’s passing. My condolences to his daughters and their families.
I had the privilege of working closely with Kevin in the Training section of the Division of Disability Determinations, that I led. Kevin’s advice was always welcomed and respected. He was always generous with his help, and always kind in our working relationship, and, moreover as a friend.

Kevin was such a gentleman - so nice, courteous and easy to talk to. He and I worked on a few projects together and I learned much from him.
