Obituary of Shaianna Rikki Welch

SHAIANNA RIKKI WELCH

 

 TROY - Shaianna Rikki Welch, 29, went home to God on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

 

Born in Nyack, NY, she was the daughter of Richard and Cheryl (Herring) Welch.

 

In addition to her parents, Shaianna is survived by her four children Joseph Welch, Gianna Harris, Maximus Welch, and Beyer Smith, her five siblings Marissa (As-Samad Howland) Welch, Brittany Welch, Trinity Husband, Trenton Husband, and Sabrina Everett, maternal grandmother Gloria Schmidt, nephew Cameron Howland, nieces Maia Howland and Bricole Dickson, as well as aunts and uncles John and Denise Welch, Mary Kittle, Timothy Schmidt, Lamar Means, and Sandra Williams. Also survived by her cousins Tory Means, Jon Means, Anastasia Means, and Sameer Williams. She will be forever missed and eternally cherished by all who knew and loved her.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Shaianna’s life on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A prayer service will take place at 12:00 PM with Rev. Jacob Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
