Obituary of Erin S. Dalton

ERIN S. DALTON ALBANY - Erin Stephanie Dalton, 48 of Albany, wife of Henry P. Corye., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Born and raised in Staten Island, she was the daughter of the late Lynne DeJesus. Erin loved her old school R&B as well as Lil Wayne. Her children and grandchildren were her everything. She had many goals and aspirations for her life. She wanted the best for everyone and wanted so badly to change her life around for her children. She was a proud Sagittarius who loved astrology and meditation. She adored her cats & always took life a day at a time. Erin was a larger-than-life spirit. She will forever be missed but her memory and legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. In addition to her husband Erin is survived by the pride and joy of her life, her children: Jonathan Corye, Alyssa Corye, Madison Corye, and Serenity Dalton. Also survived by her siblings Ralph, Orlando, and Rose in addition to her grandchildren Ezra and Ace J. Corye as well as her Aunt Tracey and cousins Douglas and Eric. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham on Friday, August 5th, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A prayer service will begin at 12:00 pm with interment to immediately follow in Graceland Cemetery, Albany.
