Obituary of Mary Eileen Vosburgh
MARY EILEEN VOSBURGH
LATHAM - Mary Eileen Ryan Vosburgh, 95 of Latham, beloved wife of the late Andrew E. Vosburgh passed away peacefully on Monday July 11, 2022.
Born May 23, 1927 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Mary was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Louise (Pemrick) Ryan. She and her beloved late husband Andrew E. Vosburgh cherished 56 years of marriage before his passing on August 16, 2003.
Eileen worked for the National City Bank of Troy for over eight years during the 1950's. She later moved to the State Bank of Albany before working three years at the Marine Midland Bank. She then worked as Bookkeeper for her husband's Auto Repair Shop, Vosburgh's Service Station in Latham for many years. Mary also volunteered at St. Ambrose School during the 1960's and 1970's.
Eileen is survived by her loving children, Michael "Topper" (the late Barbara) Vosburgh, Mary Lou Vosburgh, and Andrew "AJ" (Ricki) Vosburgh, along with her two cherished grandchildren, Max Vosburgh and Lexi (David) Shorty and her adored great grandchildren Layla and Donovan.
She was also predeceased by her sister, Helen Guidon.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Thursday July 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham with Rev. Brian Kelly officiating.
Interment will take place next to her beloved husband Andrew in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
