I send our deepest condolences to the Davis family for your loss. Tommy was a promising young man and we at Pinellas County 911 recognized his talent and dedication when we hired him.
Although here for only just a few weeks, we knew he would be successful here. Each time I walked into the training room to say good morning, Tommy stood up each and every time and said good morning sir to me. I mentioned to him how rare that trait is to see in anyone these days. It was obvious to me he was well raised and respected people and life.
On behalf of Pinellas County Government, I send our thoughts and prayers. The 911 center is currently draped with black ribbons in his memory.

While i never met Tommy in person, he was an amazing part of my life. Our conversations and video chats meant the world to me. I enjoyed being there for him when he needed me and he was there for me too. I am so happy he got to go to Disney and see the fireworks one last time. One of the last things he said to me was "be good ally. You deserve the entire world". I take those words with me everyday, and appreciate the impact he had on my life. I know he is looking out for all of his friends and family. Sending Prayers and condolences.

We are so sorry. I didn’t know Tommy but from what I read and pics I’ve seen… he was bigger than life and enjoyed life to the fullest and he was cherished by all who knew him. Losing someone so young is so difficult and makes us all question why…but we must draw on our faith in God more now than ever.
