Obituary of Patricia Anne Miller

PAT ANNE CLANCY MILLER LATHAM – Pat Anne Clancy Miller, 79 of Latham, beloved wife of the late Leslie (Les) Miller, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Albany on September 5, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Joseph D. and Irene D. (Shickle) Clancy. Pat worked as a secretary, employed by the Proskin Law Firm in Loudonville for twenty years before retiring in 2005. She was a Republican Committee member and former member of the Women's Republican Club. Pat was also a member of the Colonie Elks, Verdoy Fire Dept. Ladies Auxillary and Thunder Ridge Seniors. She enjoyed dancing, twirling baton, and camping with family and friends. In her later years after retiring Pat was employed in a part time position as a member of the Town of Colonie Sign Review Board. This was a job she loved dearly and was still actively working at the time of her death. Pat was a Hospice volunteer and actively volunteered as a tenured Ad-Hock for the Saratoga County Fair Home Arts Department. Pat is survived by her children Tammy M. (Antonio) Ballestero of Ballston Spa and Michael J. Miller of Clifton Park. Also surviving are her sisters Linda (Richard) Ahl of Loudonville and Christine (Richard) Cardone of Colonie, sister-in-law Patricia Miller of Colonie, grandchildren Victoria Ballestero (Jordan Hall), Alexa Miller, Lauren Miller, and Nicholas Miller, several nieces and nephews, and her favorite "fur grandbaby", Lucy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022, 9:30 am at Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville. Interment beside her late husband will immediately follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
