HELEN MABEL SCHLEICH
LOUNDONVILLE - Helen Mabel Schleich, 93, formerly of Loudonville, died Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Spring Village of Pocono in East Stroudsburg, PA. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerard R. Schleich, who passed away December 17, 1998.
Born in Glens Falls on July 9, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Almeron Joseph and Nellie (Helen) Mae (Buckley) Richmond.
Helen was a secretary for many years at Manasoto Associates in Loudonville. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and especially traveling.
Survivors include her loving children, Donna Maple, Robert (Joanne) Schleich, John (Ruth) Schleich, and Laura (Jim) Brennan. She also leaves 9 cherished grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as siblings Marion Acker, Kathleen Lynch, and Paul Richmond.
Services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment was next to her beloved husband Gerard in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
