VELIA GUERIN
Guilderland Center- Velia Guerin, 95 of Guilderland Center, beloved wife of the late Armand Guerin, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Guilderland Center Nursing Home.
Born in Pennsylvania on October 6, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Olga (Vistiful) Zackest. At one time she was employed with Cluett & Peabody Shirt Factory in Troy. She was a member of the Rosary Society.
Velia is survived by her daughter Anne Kerwin, 6 grandchildren; Susan, Lawrence, Jacqueline, Sean, Patrick & Peter, her 2 half sisters; Leona and Vera and her loving friends; Nancy & Ellen.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday morning from 9:30-11:00 am at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am Saturday from St. Patrick's Church, 19th Street, Watervliet.
Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
