YINCHAO LIU (連鶯嬌)

Latham-Yinchao Liu (連鶯嬌), 86, of Latham, NY, beloved wife of Chin-shu Liu, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.

 

Born on April 21, 1934 in Pingtung, Taiwan, Yinchao was the daughter of Mu and Jade Lien. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics from Taiwan Normal University. Yinchao was married to Chin-shu Liu on January 16, 1960 in Pingtung, Taiwan. She emigrated to the United States in 1964, joining her husband in New Brunswick, NJ. She worked as an account clerk in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for many years, before retiring early.

 

Survivors include her husband Chin-shu Liu; her daughters I-Wen Liu Bow (John Bow), Kim Liu (Wayne Lukens Jr), Sally Liu (Bay-Wei Chang); grandchildren Christopher Bow, Eric Bow, Andrew Bow, Colby Chang, and Justin Chang; and her sisters Kim Shieh (連淑琴) and連蕙蘭, she was predeceased by her siblings連 葉, 連素貞, 連淑娥, and連淑敏.

 

Per the expressed wishes of Yinchao Liu, no service will be held. A celebration of life for Yinchao Liu will be held at a future date (tentatively June 19, 2021) when we can safely congregate.
