JAMES D. PERCUOCO Schenectady- James D. Percuoco, 71 of Schenectady, loving husband of Virginia T. Percuoco entered into eternal life on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Troy, NY on August 2, 1949, he was the son of the late Francis and Ruth (Kohler) Percuoco. He married his beloved Virginia T. Shea on February 6, 1971 and together they would have celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage in a few short weeks. Jim was an avid NY Giants fan and was very active in the Tri-City Muscle Car Club. James was a Butcher employed first by Grand Union Supermarkets and then by Price Chopper Supermarket on Eastern Parkway in Schenectady. In addition to his wife Virginia, he is survived by his loving daughters Jamie (Walter) Percuoco and Jennifer Percuoco, along with his cherished grandson Daniel James Percuoco. He also has several nieces and nephews. Jim was predeceased by his mother in-law Marion Shea. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jim's family on Friday January 29, 2021 from 4-7pm at the Dufresne and Cavanaugh Funeral home 149 Old Loudon Rd. Latham. Due to COVID-19 masks and social distancing guidelines will be adhered to in the funeral home.
