What a wonderful man. Never complained, always had a smile. I think one of the situations that we got into was when he put his wallet into someone elses golf bag in Florida. Looked everywhere when finished and couldn't find it. We finally decided that this might have happened. This guy was in the group behind us. He was headed back to Michigan and wouldn't have gotten his bag back out until May. Sure enough, there it was. I told Ed to go buy a lottery ticket, he would win.
I have never been around someone who was more rounded. He could do it all and do it all well. My mother misses him and so do we. He and I were talking one time about people not going to church and he said that it would scare him to death if he didn't go to church. God bless him. It was a pleasure to have spent all that time with him. Gary

To my favorite Uncle: childhood memories bring back your ever present smile and words of wisdom. The many holiday visits, the trip to Yankee Stadium and the camping trip to Cape Cod seem like they took place yesterday. Your enthusiasm for life and the way lived it are tremendous expamples for a forever greatful god child.
Thank You,
Mike

What a wonderful man Eddie was, and will cherish every memory we had with him. How he loved playing the organ, and calling to tell us about the tennis match he just played. We will miss you.
