BRENDAN JOHN REILLY Latham-Brendan John Reilly, 30, passed into heaven peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, December 31, 2020 from complications of an infection. Brendan was a loving son, big-hearted brother, and devoted friend, and was always eager to lend a hand. He had a wonderful gift of making others feel welcome and for bringing people together. He never met a dog he didn't like or saw a car in which he couldn't list its specs. He was always current on news headlines and his analysis surpassed pundits by wide margins. Brendan will be best remembered during movie nights with a big bowl of popcorn and on family vacations where he would insist everyone be together. He leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. Brendan is one of the few men who always expressed "I love you!" to friends and family alike. Let his legacy of openly and honestly sharing love live on. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Edna Mae, his sister Allison, her husband Robert, and their son, Benjamin, his sister Kristen and her husband Ricky. He especially cherished his friendships with Ana, Eric, and Stefen. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. You can honor Brendan by reconnecting over coffee with someone you haven't caught up with in a while or if you'd prefer to donate in his name, he loved to feed others. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Loaves and Fishes in Arbor Hill (Albany Soup Kitchen) at 24 Summit Ave., Latham, NY, 12110.
