To my youngset brother,
I'm so glad we had the last years of your life together. I treasured your daily phone calls and the special friendship we shared. I knew your heart well and felt the deep pain and loss you had in your life. We openly cried and laughed together.I knew how much you loved mom and dad and Gary and your immediate family and friends.I also felt your great joy in your new found love, Judy. Your eyes reflected your happiness.I know you loved your children and how lonely you were. I also know the hole in your heart from the years lost. I will always love you with all my heart.

Uncle Todd, It is very hard for me to understand sometimes why people I love leave this world. I will forever remember everything about you for I always had a special place in my heart for you.I loved when you asked me years ago to help you out it made me feel so special. This has been so hard for the family.I feel for my dad so much. I know your smiling down on us (with that smile that we'll never forget)just wish the whole family had more time with you. Forever loved. Whitney

Mr. Dittrich.. Dad.. I never had the chance to meet you, shake your hand, or give you a family hug. Kerianne tried for months, even while we were engaged and pregnant to arrange to see you. We came soo close in seeing you this past August up in Lake Goerge. Pictures have been sent to you, but it's just not the same. From meeting your daughter, I came into the Dittrich family with welcoming love from all angles. From that point in time, I met your son Chris... seeking out to him as the man of the family, for I have not yet met Sean at the time, asking Chris for Kerianne's hand in marriage. Now, very much apart of the family you created, I tell you again that I promise to take very good care of your daughter, for Kerianne is my life. Brady, your grandson is our joy and throughout the Dittrich family. I wish I had the chance to say hello, but only had the chance to say good-bye. Please watch over us all Sir.

Dad,
From a little boy you're the man I wanted to be, strong and proud and father of three. God took you so young and I don't know why,we assume he needs a funny guy. Our paths did part years ago,so there's a few things you need to know. Your children are grown and proud like you, children of our own we have a few. Your grandchildren came from above, four in dresses one a stud. Your children did marry, yes it is so, and with mom as our leader together we stay. We all did unite on your judgement day. Many have questions still on their mind, like how you could leave your children behind? We all forgave you long ago, your pride to strong to let us show. A perfect man I claim not to be,but my little girls is all I need. I wish you saw them with your eyes from the start because they can mend a wounded heart. Many days I needed you so, I'd say just call dad cause he will know. My decisions I've made and I fought alone, but your strength I am a drone. Part of my life you will always be, I just wished you were 93. I promise to raise my girls now in tubs, till my dying day with unconditional love. At your wake I did cry, as I lay on your chest wondering why. Here on earth your journey is done, as far as dads you're still number one. I must close with one last thought, many will miss you as the years will pass, but your children will always remember your laugh. We miss you more than you know, we love you so much, Chris, Kerianne, and Sean my bro.....
