DAVID A. CAMP
Guilderland- David A. Camp, 53 of Guilderland, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter's in Albany.
Born in Albany on May 30, 1964, he was the son of Marion (Perlee) Camp and the late John E. Camp. David was married to the former Sandra A. Patalino on September 24, 1989 and the two shared a devoted union of almost 28 years prior to his passing.
David was an Environmental Engineer with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation in Albany for 16 years, retiring in 2005. He truly enjoyed his time in retirement and was a very skilled craftsman.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandra A. Camp of Albany, his mother: Marion Camp of Guilderland as well as his siblings Pamela (Andrew) DeHont of Guilderland, John E. (Kimberly) Camp Jr. of Colonie, as well as his brother in law: Geronimo Martinez of CA, several nieces and nephews and his faithful loyal companions Doris and Rikki.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday August 17, 2017 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in David's name to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S. Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208 or to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
