PAMELA R. SINKO

LATHAM - Pamela R. Sinko, 60 of Latham, beloved wife of Richard A. Sinko, entered into eternal life on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at her home with her family at her side after a courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

Born in West Covina, CA, on November 29th, 1962. She was the daughter of the late John H. and Loretta I. (Rivenburgh) Bolen. Pam and Rick were married on October 18, 1986 in Middleburgh, NY.

Pam attended Middleburgh Central School and graduated in 1980. She went on to earn a Bachelors of Art degree from The College of Saint Rose. She worked as a graphic artist for the State of New York in the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Agency for thirty-four years. She enjoyed going to her sons' athletic events, gardening, and decorating her home. She loved spending time with her family and friends; they were her deepest and truest source of joy in this world.

In addition to her late parents, Pam is predeceased by her mother-in-law and father in-law, Adam and JoAnn Sinko.

In addition to her husband, Rick, Pam is survived by her loving sons Eric Sinko and Chad Sinko as well as her siblings Patricia (Kitchell) Paser, Amy (Darrell) Bolen, Jennifer (Chris) Hubbard, sister and brother-in-law Debbie and Fred Baker, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to call on Monday, September 18th, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham. Pam's Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at 10:30 am at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham; Rev. Sam Bellafiore, celebrant. Interment to immediately follow the mass in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Winer, Dr. Antin, and Dr. Bellomo and the staff at Dana Farber and Albany Medical Center.
