LATHAM - The Renda family announces with deep sorrow the passing of our beloved Nicola “Nick” Renda on June 15, 2026.

Born on July 19, 1970, in Troy, New York, to Vittorio and Maria Grazia (Mele) Renda, Nick was a devoted husband, an exceptional father, a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. His greatest joy was his family, and he will be remembered for his strength, kindness, humility, and unwavering love for those closest to him.

Nick is survived by his wife, Shaunell; his children, Vittorio, Giovanni, Grace, and Max; his mother, Grace (Mele) Renda; his brother, Rocco (Dana) Renda; niece and nephew, Ava Renda, and Vittorio Renda; Sister-in-law Deanna Ford; his nieces and nephew, Taylor (Daniel) Gould, Alexandra Gould, Carter Gould.

He is predeceased by his father, Vittorio Renda. 

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham, NY. A luncheon will immediately follow in the church hall.
