Peg, Jane, Sue, Lorraine, Scott, Jake, Logan, Mason, Karley, Sherry, I am sorry to hear of Gils departure. He was a great son, brother, dad and poppop. We had 40 years of family and friends at all the Lindgren holidays and picnics. Gil never missed a chance to hang out with his sisters and cousins. He was truly tooltime before the show. If he wasn't digging a foundation or performing intricate carpentry cuts he was helping family and friends with their house endeavors. I remember how Jake and Scott would always buy him tools on his birthday and Christmas, and I was amazed at the collection of tools he had. Gil was proud of his family and all of their accomplishments. I can see his iconic sly smile now, and I still wonder what it means. I remember when Gil came to Cody's sporting event after stent procedure. Gil, we will carry the rock and remember you always. Your brother in law, Dan Sullivan

I remember the days at Raineys parties when me and Gil would bond together and play backyard games. He was an amazing uncle and he always made me laugh. My favorite memories were on Christmas eve. Gil would always be the first one there and we would talk about life and he would teach me how to speak Spanish. I loved Gil more than anything and he will always have a place in my heart!

I went to Shaker High School with Gil. When I moved to Latham part way through eighth grade and started to attend Shaker Junior High School, Gil was one of the first people to welcome. He always treated me well throughout school. He will be remembered as a good guy.
