Dear Doc, thank you for letting your wife Kathy be my “work wife” for over 30 years. You have been ever- present in my life, and even though we rarely spent time together, our families are connected in a most special way. I will forever be grateful to you and Kathy for the stories, struggles, and million great moments that happened during our careers and in my personal life. I know for certain you will be missed by me, your family, our friends, and a host of others. Thank you Doc.
