Dear Sherril and Entire Family,
Please accept our deepest Sympathy and Prayers in the loss of your beloved Husband, Dad, Grandfather. And friend to All.
To have known John was to Love him. He touched each of us who had the privilege to have met him in a Special way, and we All have grown and benefited in life because of him.
In 1990, I left St. Pius X as Pastor and two years later married my wonderful wife Sandy. We moved to Hutchinson Island, Fl
And I daily read on the internet The Times Union obituaries. I was saddened to see John’s picture, and immediately showed Sandy. Together we reminisced on St. Pius x events of “old”.
Immediately Sandy recalled on Christmas Pageant with John as Joseph, and too, all the school plays Stephen was in. Immediately Sandy said: “ Sherril was such a sweet lady.
When someone we dearly love dies, all sorts of memories crowd in on lives—- tears and laughter certainly accompany
So many of these memories.
Again, please accept our Sympathy and Thanks for sharing your husband , Dad,Grandfather
and our Friend with ALL of US.
John will never be just a memory—— he will always will be a presence in all Your Lives.
May he rest in the Peace , Joy and Love he has earned by the life he lived.
Our Love, Tom and Sandy Brown

For many years we sat behind Sherril and John in Section 6 at RPI hockey games. While we wish the team gave us more to get excited about, their absence makes it even harder. We still look to their seats and wish they were there. We offer our sincere condolences to the family on John’s passing.
