Obituary of Sharon A. Taylor
SHARON A. TAYLOR
WYNANTSKILL-Sharon A. Taylor, 67, left our world peacefully at her residence on August 4th, 2021.
Sharon was born on September 17th, 1953 in Butler, PA and was the daughter of the late Frederick L. and Adelaide M. (Nicholson) Taylor. She grew up in Utica and then spent many good years in Syracuse before moving to Wynantskill.
She had a great passion for traveling, nature, wildlife, NASCAR, anything related to the Syracuse Orangemen, and especially loved her family.
In addition to her parents Sharon is predeceased by her brother Lawrence.
Survivors include her son James Greco of East Greenbush, stepdaughter Amanda Severence of Syracuse, and beloved siblings Rick (Martha) Taylor, Christine (Charlie) Hough, David (Barb) Taylor, Greg (Monica) Taylor, Penny Zapf, and Beth Taylor whom she all had a close and loving relationship with. Also survived by a host of awesome nieces and nephews her dear grandchildren Matthew and Kristopher. Last but certainly not least Sharon leaves behind many adored friends, most special Dan Coughlin and Patrick Severence.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021, from 4-5pm, at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham.
