Obituary of Thomas L. Pfeiffer

THOMAS L. PFEIFFER Latham-Thomas Leonard Pfeiffer, 84 of Latham, beloved husband of the late Regina M. (Michalski) Pfeiffer entered into eternal life on Monday February 1, 2021. Born in Albany on February 7, 1936, he was the son of the late Thomas J. and Florence (Hanson) Pfeiffer. Thomas was married to the former Regina (Jean) Michalski on September 21, 1958 and they shared a blessed union of 59 years prior to Regina's passing in 2018. Tom was a Salesman for Valvoline Oil for many years. He was also a former member of the Colonie Elks Lodge # 2192. As a salesman Tom enjoyed a firm handshake, meeting new people and good conversation. Tom had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh! He also enjoyed country music, fishing, and a good cigar. Tom is survived by his loving children: Lynn Cantwell, Terri (Shawn) Linendoll, Christine (Richard) Ronca and Thomas E. Pfeiffer. He has six cherished grandchildren: Christopher Linendoll, Katie (Jake) Michael, Alissa and Justin Ronca, and Kelly and Tyler Pfeiffer as well as three adored Great Grandchildren: Ava Linendoll, Zoey and Jordan Michael. Tom was predeceased by his sister Carol John. He also leaves behind his nephew Scott John, brother-in-law Francis (Yulan) Michalski and lifelong friend Ray O'Neill.
