Albany-Julian I. Brown, 46 of Albany, died Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
Born in Queens , NY on September 23, 1974, he was a former railroad dockman employed by CSX in Rotterdam, New York for many years.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday November 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands.
