Max was bright, funny and hard working. Most of all, he was a good friend. He will be missed. He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I will always cherish the love and support I received from my Grampy as I've grown up and have gone into my adulthood. I was always greeted by him with arms wide open and an exclamation of "Manda Panda!" Since we would only get to visit a few times a year, my Grampy always made sure to ask me how everything was going in my life, and I could feel how much he genuinely cared. I always felt so accomplished when I would send my grades over for the semester and get to hear how proud my Grampy was of me, and to keep up the good work. I hope that he knows watching over me now that he was, and still is a major source of motivation for me to succeed in life. I admire the love that my Grammy & Grampy shared, and I am thankful that it was passed on to my wonderful mother to help raise my siblings and I. We would not be who we are today without his influence. My Grampy will be in my heart forever.

I loved everything about my grandfather and ill never forget him. Sometimes he had a mustache, sometimes glasses, but always in his fresh pressed champion gear and new balances with a joke to tell and a smile on his face. I loved the way he loved my grammy and my family, how happy he was just to watch the Yankees, eat pizza or scallops and hang out. The older he got, the funnier he got, pulling the craziest zingers out of his back pocket right til the end. I saw him raise his voice once in my entire life and rightfully so, my little brother was being a little demon and deserved it haha, otherwise you never saw this man sweat anything, always cool as a cucumber. He encouraged my love of computers, always sharing his man cave with me and hooking me up with the best windows 95 games like jewel chase and mahjong and didnt mind when I ate all of his snacks and Wheaties cereal. Some of the best times were out on the park Ave sunporch on a warm sunday morning, fresh coffee steaming from dunkin donuts mugs and the sun pouring through the windows watching him read the paper. Ill always love him so much and feel so lucky that he was my grampy
