Frank's beautiful pictures of his walks through Cohoes were something I looked forward to daily. It felt like he was keeping me connected to my little hometown with pictures of places I remembered. I will deeply miss Frank though I never met him. He was a friend nevertheless. Rest in Peace, Frank.
