SAVINA DESANTIS Loudonville-Savina DeSantis, 98 of Loudonville, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. Born in New York, NY on November 3, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Josephine (Salvemini) DeSantis. She was an Administrative Assistant for JP Morgan Chase in New York City for many years. Savina is survived by her loving nieces and nephews: Nancy (Ralph) DiMarino, Frank & Deanna Fiorentino, Vincent & Lizanne Fiorentino, Vincent & Grace DeSantis, Michael & Lisa DeSantis, Linda & Michael Gnolfo, Patricia DeSantis, John Paduano, Vincent & Marie DeSantis, Thomas and Marialicia Corrao and several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings: Frank DeSantis, Cosimo DeSantis, Vita Paduano and Louise Fiorentino and her niece; Joann Corrao. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday November 12, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 12:00 noon in St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham with Rev. Anthony Barratt officiating. Interment will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Watervliet.
