ANN MONTGOMERY

Latham- Ann Montgomery, 88 of Latham, beloved wife of the late John F. Montgomery, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2012.

Born in Fitchburg, Mass. on April 30, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Paul (Kokolias) and Georgia (Zounes) Paul. Ann was married to John F. Montgomery for 30 wonderful years prior to his passing in 1989. She is predeceased by her brothers Peter and John Paul.

As a young woman Ann worked in her parents restaurants: Paul's Restaurant in Troy & the Carriage House in Latham where she met her husband, a NYS Trooper. She was primarily a homemaker who dedicated her love and devotion to her family.

Ann will always be remembered for her youthful spirit and her great sense of humor. She was an avid fan of the 2012 Super Bowl Champion Giants and NY Yankees.

Ann is survived by her loving children: Georgia (Shawn) Ivey of Maryland, Jack (Jean) Montgomery of Ballston Spa and Tina (Jerry) Donovan of Loudonville and son in law: James Killough. Beloved YaYa to her 7 cherished grandchildren: Michael (Myra), Joseph (Susan), Jamie (Lizie) Killough, Jaclyn (Marvin) Maldonado, Devon, Hunter & Tanner Donovan and 2 great grandchildren: Nate & Riley Killough.

Services will be private.

Burial will take place in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands.
